  Join us for the June Mixer on Wednesday, June 19th.  Don't miss the last mixer of the season!  The Old Farmers Almanac predictions for the weather are not ideal, weather aside it will be a great evening to celebrate summer and business in beautiful downtown Mississippi Mills.
  
  Nathan Rudyk is the founder, President and CEO of the Mississippi Mills based business market2world. Nathan is an award winning marketer, author, teacher and broadcaster. He is passionate about client success, has worked for start-ups, multi-nationals and marcom agencies across Canada and beyond. Recent work with clients, the NYC-based Intelligent Community Forum, inspired his talk "The Rural Imperative: Real Hipsters Drive Pick-ups". This insightful presentation focuses on rural economic development and is bound to get our creative juices flowing.  Next on deck is David Baril, outgoing Executive Director, his talk will bring the focus back to the Chamber and explores how the organization can become a catalyst for a new kind of rural economic development. He will speak to the Chamber's role as a business networking hub and the relationship between commerce and community.  

  
  Of course, the evening will provide lots of time for informal chat, door prizes, a cash bar and complimentary munchies provided by our good friends from the Barley Mow.
