The featured speaker will be Shirley Fulton-Deugo from Fulton’s Pancake House and Sugar Bush. Shirley and her team will be putting on a“Fulton’s maple experience” at the mixer. The sight, the taste, the feel and the wonderful aroma of maple. A great way to get everyone excited about spring. Shirley will also give a short talk on history, events & innovation at Fulton’s.
Shirley Fulton-Deugo, represents the fourth generation of Fulton’s making maple syrup in Lanark County since the early 1800’s. After an initial career off the farm in nursing, Shirley returned to take over the business in 1980 with her late husband, George, and children, Lorraine, Scott and Pamela. Over the years, Shirley has overseen the ongoing expansion and innovation in the operations of the restaurant and sugar bush. Building on her years of business experience, she now also offers consulting services in corporate team building.
