Robert Dick, Co-Owner, Neilcorp Homes
A true entrepreneur in every sense of the word, co-owner Robert Dick joined Neilcorp Homes in 2002. Raised in West Ottawa, Robert began his career at Laidlaw and quickly progressed through the company's ranks. In 1999 he bought Huneault Waste Management Ltd., which he renamed WSI Waste Services, Inc., and served as owner, President, and CEO before selling the business in 2002. Robert also started Ottawa Valley Farms, the city's very first organic recycling facility.
Robert is the perfect complement and counterpart, in Neilcorp, to co-owner Doug McIntosh's expertise in building new homes. Robert oversees the finance, marketing, land acquisition and corporate direction of the company and, along with Doug, provides the passion, drive, and commitment to quality that has made Neilcorp Homes the award-winning company it is today.
Heavily involved in the Almonte and West Ottawa community, Robert serves as a Director of the Mississippi Mills' Chamber of Commerce and the Director of Competitive Fastball for the Kanata Minor Softball Association. He is also an active member of the Mississippi Mills Affordable Housing Committee, the Mississippi Mills Urban and Rural Design Committee, and the Marketing Committee for Mississippi Mills, and he was once Director of the Ontario Waste Management Association and former member of the Almonte Riverwalk Committee.
